"Brand Yourself" Workshop Series

Volunteer and make a Young Adult's Life Richer!

Module 3:  Interview Skills

(Previously Module 4)

Do you enjoy helping young adults with their professional growth and development even if you have just a few hours of time to commit?  If so, here’s a great opportunity to help eager high school students that hunger for guidance from professionals like yourself with your fellow Syracuse University alumni.  The Whitman School of Management and the WhitmanNYC alumni club have launched a “Building Your Personal Brand” workshop series at a Lower Manhattan public high school directed by SU alumna, Principal Naima Cook.

A great way to jump in is to join us for one or two hands-on workshops, each lasting only 90 minutes.

On Thursday, January 21st, 2:30-4pm, the workshop is “Interview Skills”.  We will be practicing behavioral interviewing with the high schoolers.  Your role would be to ask students a series of interview questions and provide feedback on their responses.  No prep work is necessary.

There are a few spaces available for each workshop, so please email Cindie Adams, (csadams@syr.edu), Executive Director of Alumni and Corporate Relations for the Whitman School of Management, for more information.

Your participation is guaranteed to be a rewarding experience.  We look forward to hearing from you!
